Convenience of skybridge access

The location was awesome - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Broadway at 14th bus stop. We loved exceptionally nice rooms and amicable and wonderful staff.

We got a room with a bathtub. Coffee & tea makers and a fridge worked well.

Couldn’t fault.

Great location and friendly staff, but the wi-fi was unreliable.

Perfectly positioned for exploring Kansas City art and nightlife

This hotel is right in the heart of the Crossroads Arts District, making it super easy to wander around and enjoy amazing art installations, vibrant nightlife, and fantastic restaurants all just a short walk away, and I loved that I could grab a coffee and fresh croissants in the lobby and then explore nearby places like the National WWI Museum, Sprint Center, and the Power and Light District which are all easily accessible on foot. The hotel has comfy rooms and nice amenities like a great restaurant and friendly staff, but the towels could be larger for a more comfortable experience.

Amazing room, friendly staff, with a amazing view that let us enjoy fine sunsets and the city lights at night from the 24th-floor corner room. The indoor swimming pool and fitness center were fantastic amenities to.

The rooftop offers fine city views, which enhances the whole vacation vibe. The unique market area nearby provides diverse shopping options.

I found the towels in the Beautiful King Room to be a little on the small side-definitely not covering more than a handkerchief's worth. The parking procedure felt a bit convoluted, leading to some frustration when trying to find spots. It didn't help that, , the satellite TV went out during a storm, but I appreciated having the option to cast from my phone to keep entertained. The communication regarding housekeeping timing seemed off. After requesting service several times, they still missed their scheduled cleaning when I needed it.

I stayed for 1 night in a Corner King. The views of the city were fine. The facilities were modern and clean. Staff were attentive and helpful. The on-site restaurant served delicious food.

I enjoyed my stay, particularly the excellent amenities and the hotel's great location. The parking situation left something to be desired. A solid choice for my visit.

I loved the local cuisine with fresh, organic flavors! Nearby spots like Streetcar Grille & Tavern and Bristol Seafood Grill tantalized my taste buds. The accommodations were stellar.

I really expected better communication from the staff when I requested room cleaning.

We enjoyed our two-night stay, especially the cozy Beautiful King Room. The breakfast service stood out with a friendly staff member who made our mornings brighter. Be prepared for high parking fees and overpriced snacks at the bakery. Consider dining out for better value!

The rooftop bar offers amazing views of the skyline that make sipping cocktails a dream. My Premium High-Floor King room was adorned with elegant touches, and I loved the rain shower, pure bliss! The hotel also boasts a 24-hour fitness center, so I could keep my workout game strong even while traveling.

I loved the fine views from my room's large windows. The elegance of the decor impressed me. The accessibility of common areas made it easy to navigate. The bed provided a very comfortable night's rest. I wished for more seating options in common areas for seniors. It would have made lounging a bit easier. The rates for dining felt overpriced considering the overall experience, which left a bit of a sour taste. The staff provided solid, attentive service though things felt slightly rushed during busy times.

We had a great time in our clean and comfy Beautiful Queen Room, and I especially loved the ability to text the front desk for any requests. The indoor pool and spa made for some nice relaxation after a long day. Just a heads up, the parking can get a bit pricey, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay 😊
